Orders placed through FitoBotanic® are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Shipping is currently available to Spain and countries within the European Union.

Estimated delivery times are between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the destination address and the selected logistics provider. These timeframes are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond FitoBotanic® , such as public holidays, logistics incidents or force majeure.

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed. FitoBotanic® may offer free-shipping promotions above certain purchase amounts, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
