These terms govern the purchase of products offered through the FitoBotanic® website, owned by Noyon Bhowmik Deb.

Placing an order implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

FitoBotanic® sells food supplements and natural products intended to support wellbeing.

The products offered:

• Comply with applicable legislation

• Are described clearly and honestly

• Do not replace medical treatment or professional diagnosis

Images and descriptions are for guidance and may show slight variations.

3. Purchase process

The purchasing process takes place entirely through the website.

To place an order, the customer must:

1. Select the desired products

2. Add them to the cart

3. Complete the requested information

4. Confirm the order and make payment

Once the order has been confirmed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

FitoBotanic® reserves the right to change prices, promotions or availability at any time without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment methods

Payment is processed through secure payment platforms enabled on the website.

FitoBotanic® does not store or have access to the customer's banking details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchasing process.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external factors such as logistics, public holidays or force majeure.

FitoBotanic® is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Important exception:

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery, in accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

8. Returns

To request a return, the customer must first contact:

Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

• Once its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where the error is attributable to FitoBotanic®

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

9. Liability

FitoBotanic® is not responsible for improper use of products or expectations that are inconsistent with their nature.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle.
